Our position
NyxMP3 respects intellectual property rights. We do not host or store audio, video or image files: videos, cover art and downloads are provided through third-party services, and links or embeds point to content that is stored elsewhere. We will nevertheless act on valid copyright notices about material reachable from our pages.
How to file a notice
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Copyright notice" and include:
- Your full name, address, phone number and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) of the page(s) on our site that give access to the material you want removed.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We review complete notices promptly and, when appropriate, remove or disable access to the page or link concerned and let the affected party know. Because the underlying files are hosted by third parties, we recommend that you also send your notice to the service that actually hosts the material.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice with your contact details, the location of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake, and your signature. We may restore the material unless the complainant tells us they have filed a court action.
Repeat infringers
Where applicable, we will disable access for users who are repeat infringers.
