Summary

NyxMP3 does not require an account and does not ask you for personal information. This page explains what is processed when you visit the site.

Data we process

• Technical data: like every website, our hosting provider receives your IP address, browser type and the pages you request in its server logs. We use it only to deliver the site, keep it secure and prevent abuse.
• Your cookie choice: we save your consent decision in your browser (a small first-party cookie and local storage, kept for up to one year) so we do not ask again.
• Messages: if you email us, we use your address and message only to reply.

Cookies and similar technologies

We do not set advertising or tracking cookies ourselves. Our only cookie is the essential first-party one that remembers your consent choice. Some third-party content that we embed can set its own cookies, as explained below. The cookie banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies, and you can change your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer.

Third-party services

To provide the service we load content from third parties. When it loads, your IP address and browser information are sent to them, and they may set cookies or run analytics under their own privacy policies:

• Video player: the embedded video only loads after you click play, using a privacy-enhanced mode.
• MP3 conversion widget: the download box on each song page is provided by an independent third party.
• Image servers: cover art and thumbnails are loaded from third-party image servers.

Legal bases

We rely on our legitimate interest to operate and secure the site, and on your consent for any non-essential cookie or third-party analytics that requires it. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Retention

Server logs are kept only for the period needed for security and are then deleted. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA) you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, object to its processing, and withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, including a request to delete data we hold about you, write to us at the contact below. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
